We went to this beautiful property in Goa in November moth, and it turned out to be one of the most peaceful and memorable experiences I’ve had. The property itself is stunning, perfectly located right by the beach with private access that makes it feel like your own hidden escape. What I loved the most was the serenity—especially at night. The calm, the gentle sound of the waves, and the complete absence of noise created an atmosphere that was incredibly relaxing and almost surreal. The beach felt nearly private, making every moment there even more special. A special mention to Aditya, the host, who truly elevated the experience. His warmth and attentiveness stood out—he personally checked in to ensure everything was perfect, which added a very thoughtful and personal touch to the stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway in Goa with a blend of comfort, privacy, and genuine hospitality, this place is absolutely worth it. I’d love to come back again.

We loved staying here - every moment of it. It was so relaxing and we had fun too! The vibe, the staff, the host. It felt like the true Goa. The room was clean, better than the photos online - with lovely touches of the wooden cupboard, bathroom tiles, the framed picture over the bed. It was clear that someone had designed it to be not just a place to stay, but a wonderful experience to remember. The bed was so comfortable. The host was very helpful, polite, and friendly. All of the staff on the property were just so nice, obliged our requests. It was just a delight to have them around. The beach is a minute's walk away. Most popular restaurants and the ones with great food in South Goa are just a 5 minute to 20 minute drive away. The pool was clean, and just the perfect spot to unwind. We watched beautiful birds come by in the day and the stars at night. Looking forward to staying here again. Thanks for everything!

Had an amazing stay at Zen by the Sea, South Goa. The property is extremely clean and hygienic, which made the stay very comfortable and stress-free. What really stands out is how lush green and beautifully maintained the surroundings are—it feels peaceful and refreshing the moment you step in. The location is perfect, just a minute’s walk to the sea. The beach nearby is calm and not crowded at all, making it ideal for relaxing and enjoying some quiet time. The hotel staff is incredibly supportive and available 24x7, always ready to help with a smile. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with good variety, adding a great start to each day. A special mention to the owner and manager, Aditya sir—such a polite, humble, and helpful person. His hospitality truly adds a personal touch to the whole experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene and comfortable stay in South Goa.

I had a wonderful stay at Zen by the Sea. The owner is extremely kind, and the staff are patient, supportive, and always ready to help. A special mention to the receptionist, who was very polite and guided us well, especially as we were new to Goa. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and very hygienic, with 24/7 internet access available. The property has a peaceful vibe, making it a perfect place to relax. The swimming pool is also well-kept, and the beach is just a short walk away, which is a big plus. The breakfast was delicious, and overall, everything was well taken care of. We moved to Zen by the Sea for a 3-day stay after spending a couple of days at Club Mahindra Emerald Palms, and it was a fantastic decision. If you’re looking for something beyond the typical 'routine' hotel experience, this is it. The property radiates a very positive, natural vibe. The rooms are well-maintained, and having Betalbatim Beach within walking distance is a huge plus. While the beach feels peaceful, it isn’t isolated; the nearby shacks ensure it feels safe and lively. While the property only serves breakfast, the staff is incredibly cordial and provides a curated list of local eateries. Plus, Swiggy and Zomato deliver right to the door. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a quiet, coastal retreat!

I found this gem in South Goa on the Betalbatim beach and was so so happy to have chosen this over so many other properties around the area. The cozy, spick n span, super comfortable cottages, the whole vibe was something i absolutely loved and was different from all other places in Goa. They have A frame one room cottage and two room cottages which can be interconnected if required. The staff and even the owners were so accommodative and warm. They even go out of their way to help you with anything and everything. Strongly recommend this place for solo travellers or families who want to spend great, hassle free time in South Goa. They have a great swimming area and the walk to the beach goes through the property. It's about 4 minutes walk roughly. Loved it!

Zen By The Sea is indeed a zen by the sea... Lovely, boutique resort by the beach with a peaceful aura... With a short pathway to the beach on one side and restaurants on the other side... And the beautifully done resort, manicured lawn, trees, greenery, lovely, patient, and helpful staff it is indeed a stay which we've enjoyed as much as any stay to any 5 star resorts I've stayed... Though it doesn't have a whole day dining restaurant the breakfast was tasty and healthy and honestly better in taste than many 5 star property's huge breakfast spread which doesn't inspire any interest in your palette.

We booked this resort for one day with lot of doubts regarding the facilities and condition of room. We were in for a pleasant surprise. It was beautiful, clean, pleasant and welcoming resort and the team. It is attached to beach. The resort is new and is being expanded further. No in house restaurant. Breakfast is available, limited items but awesome taste. We continued our stay for another day. We are impressed and will surely visit again.

Great place to stay neat clean very well organised wonderful staff and really warm welcoming host. You just need to tell them what exactly you are looking for your goa visit and they will curate your itinerary… really appreciate their gesture. Whatever you need just inform staff and it’s taken care… had great stay and will definitely visit again soon

Absolutely lovely place. Very near to the beach and a cute little setting in Betalbhatim. A new property with good planning and regular maintenance. Entire staff team was very friendly and polite. I will definitely come back for another stay and also recommend.

A gem by the sea! We stayed here for two nights in January and it thoroughly surpassed our expectations. The location is fantastic, with the beach just a few minutes away — and it's a clean and quiet stretch of beach too. The rooms were wonderfully clean, the blackout curtain perfect and the beds super comfy. We had the best sleep here. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, especially the plants — the gardener is doing a fantastic job here. The pool was also very clean and relaxing, and accessible for my mom who is a senior citizen. The hotel breakfast was delicious and they took great care of us throughout. If you want a peaceful stay (not a party hotel), this it it. The best Goa hotel I've been to in a long time!

If you are travelling to South Goa with family and kids and looking for resort that will never let you down, Zen by the sea is the choice. The rooms were clean, nice decor, good furnitures, well maintained land scapping and plants and the list go on. The staffs are very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty with good varieties. The location is hardly 100mters from Betalbatim Beach which looks like a private beach and very clean. The icing on the cake is owner Aditya. He provides you all the required information on the places to visit and places to eat. His curated list of nice restaurants around provided nice experience.

Wanted a peaceful place to welcome 2026… I could not get a better place than Zen by the Sea resort, close proximity to the beach, humble staff and owner Aditya was so helpful and supportive, the place is value for money.

The service is top-notch! The breakfast was also a highlight. It was fresh and homely and the kitchen staff was kind enough to accommodate our food preferences. Cosy cottages, fully equipped with amenities. Walkable distance from the beach. Host Aditya and his entire team is very warm and welcoming and everyone is eager to help you with anything and everything. This place serves amazing breakfast, for meals there are tons of amazing options at drivable distance.

We visited this hotel in March and it was a perfect experience! Hotel is new and everything from sheets and bath towels to furniture is brand new as well. Lots of greenery including very well kept lawn. Friendly and caring staff. Also nice and clean pool which was a cherry on top. Definitely would come again and recommend to friends!

Loved this spot for my birthday weekend with friends! So close to the beach but still felt tucked away. Great restaurants nearby too. The grounds are gorgeous with plenty of parking and an awesome pool that everyone enjoyed. Our rooms were super comfy and spacious - you can tell they put thought into the details. Staff was friendly and helpful - big thanks to Raychel who went above and beyond with her great service and smile! Definitely coming back!

It was a wonderful 4 days at Zen by the sea . We had family reunion and everyone was touched by the experience , the warmth and hospitality shown to us was generous to a fault . The staff was helpful and showed up whenever we needed them . A special shout out to Aditya and Carla who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable … will definitely revisit the property .

We had a wonderful few days at Zen by the Sea. Staff are friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The cabin was beautifully designed and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. It was so peaceful sitting on the balcony and by the pool. The surrounding gardens are particularly beautiful.

We had our cousins' reunion at Zen by the Sea in Jan'25 and just loved the place. The beach is just a quick walk down from Zen, and the cottages are well equipped and comfortable. The owners Mr. & Mrs. Aditya Antao were friendly, hospitable and took pains to ensure we had a great experience.
